The person will be a single point of contact for the business analytics team (of a fortune 10 client) across multiple small & medium sized engagements (for the team up to 3 people):
Will lead ongoing operations of data management solution & lead change management
Will be responsible for the execution of analytics projects, ad-hoc analyses and reporting engagements leveraging the foundational data built and managed by Axtria
Engage with client stakeholders to understand their business problems, their data/technical landscape & recommend data-driven solutions. Then work with clients to gather requirements, contribute to solution design, led implementation, alignment of the solution to client needs and customer satisfaction
Responsible for coordination, conduct & manage requirements workshops, SIT, business UAT & feedback sessions with client business and IT teams
Creating & maintaining project documents, such as – Project plans, SOPs, Functional requirements, mapping documents, design documents, test cases, issue trackers etc
Identify opportunities for process improvements & efficiencies, lead their implementation & show it’s benefits to involved stakeholders
Be ready, willing & capable of doing hands-on work –entire or part of the work streams
Deliver working in global delivery model leveraging virtual teams in different time zones
Responsible for ensuring that the solution meets client needs, is robust and best-in-class
Required Skills and Experience
3+ years of experience in roles that involve working with complex data sets, leading analytics/ data management and reporting . Experience in data warehouse implementation & knowledge of data modeling is desirable.
Gather business requirements, design dashboard UI, create BRD & lead the development of dashboards.
Lead execution of ad-hoc analytics to support marketing analytics teams.
Client Facing Experience:
Experience of independently interfacing with analytics, non-technical as well as IT stakeholders.
Independently conducting requirements workshops, business planning, weekly status and other client meetings with senior manager level non-technical client stakeholders.
Life Sciences / Healthcare Domain:
Understanding of Life sciences /Healthcare domain, data sources and experience in working with clients in these domains is required.
Experience in sales and marketing analytics, data-management / reporting will be a plus.
Multi-tasking & Time Management:
Should have excellent time management skills, ability to manage several mid-sized projects for the same customer with overlapping priorities, deliverables & schedule.
Ability to independently manage projects (up to 1-3 people) across multiple work streams.
Strong in SQL coding and code review to ensure adherence to best practices.
Hands-on experience in SAS. Ability to write moderate to advanced queries to carry out data transformation, data investigations & ad-hoc analysis.
Experience in SAP HANA, Alteryx is highly desirable.
Hands-on experience in Tableau is highly desirable. Should have good knowledge of data management and development of visualizations in Tableau.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills, professional demeanor & ability to be Axtria brand ambassador.
