Roles & Responsibilities:
Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, PPC, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website. Generate leads, track conversion rates and making improvements to the website.
Responsible for on page & off-page optimization, landing page optimization, creating website banner ads, e-newsletters, etc.
Proficiency in campaign management, tracking and analysis of running and live campaigns.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Drive consumer engagement by activating ideas/concepts through excellent, innovative engaging social media content and interaction ideas.
Closely works together with social media influencers, improves relations and involve them to Axtria’s social media activation and communication.
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points and optimize user funnels.
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Able to handle multiple contributors including internal and external, management of blogs and content for promotions.
Closely monitors competition and conversations about Axtria, new trends and hot topics and takes rapid action to capitalize on them on website/social media.
Develop innovative ideas & promotion on all platform.
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools.
Project Management: Get accurate briefs from the stakeholders and translate into tasks for team members with priorities and timeline plans. Must maintain high standards of quality and thoroughness. Should be able to monitor the accuracy and quality of others’ work.
Logical Thinking: Able to think analytically, use a systematic and logical approach to analyze data, problems, and situations.
Handle Client Relationship: Manage client relationship and client expectations independently. Should be able to deliver results back to the client independently. Should have excellent communication skills.
Required Skills and Experience
7+ years of proven working experience in digital marketing.
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Bachelors/Masters degree in marketing or a related field.
Proven ability to handle multiple projects while meeting deadlines and documenting progress towards those deadlines.
Excellent communication skills (must be able to interface with both technical and business leaders in the organization).
Strong analytical skills to solve and model complex business requirements are a plus.
