Manager (Account Management Group, US)
As Manager, your responsibilities include ownership of client relationships, management of cross-functional client teams, and oversight of client work. You bring a combination of skills in client development, problem solving and people management to your work. A focus on client satisfaction is critical; you ensure our solutions deliver value. Sr. Engagement Managers(NJ)
Responsible for conceptualizing, designing & delivering marketing analytics spanning opportunity identification/quantification, segmentation/targeting, media/social analytics, website or online experience analytics, marketing analytics including Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) evaluations and Customer Behavior Path measurement, and Marketing campaign ROI measurement; Work closely with marketing/acct management, media, strategic planning and creative teams to plan, execute and evaluate a broad range of strategic marketing initiatives and programs; Guide and manage analysts in performing extraction of data sets from multiple marketing/database platforms and perform hygiene and quality control steps; Oversee and supervise analysts as they derive and write clearly articulated key findings and observations from analyzing various data sources; Oversee development of analytical plans including proper selection of methodologies, techniques, KPIs and metrics. Associate (Analytics Group, US)
Associates in our Analytics Group work on the front lines with our clients as a key member of the delivery team for client projects. As an Associate, you gain a deep hands-on understanding of Axtria’s products and solutions across our full portfolio of services. As you progress, you gain increasing project and client responsibility. Seasoned Associates, given their in-depth client experience and solution knowledge, can progress to positions in any of our groups depending upon career interests. Analyst (Analytics Group, India)
Analyst responsibilities include the application of advanced statistical, econometric and optimization models and algorithms to real-world business problems. You work on projects with Analyst and Account Management colleagues to deliver existing analytics solutions for clients. You collaborate with Product Management and Technology teams on enhancements of solutions and development of new solutions. You keep abreast of the latest developments in your field, including innovative analytical techniques and applications to sales and marketing. You need to have excellent skills in analytics, problem solving, and communications. You are proficient in one or more analytics packages such as SAS, SPSS, S-plus/R, E-views, ILOG, and able to quickly master new packages when needed.
Product Manager (Product Management Group, US)
As Product Manager, you will assume comprehensive responsibility for on-going development of one or more of our client solutions. Working closely with the Account Management Group, Technology Group, and our Management Team, you will maintain a customer focus in directing the development and ongoing implementation of winning solutions for our customers. In this cross-functional role, you will have a deep understanding of our clients’ business needs, the capabilities of our solutions, and the technology supporting our products. Your responsibilities will include a full range of product support functions, from defining product positioning and developing marketing materials, to providing user specifications to support system developers. Responsibilities include maintaining close contact with clients to understand client needs, including supporting client teams in delivery of client work.
Principal (Technology Group)
As a senior member of our Technology team, you will manage and develop staff to create a high performing team. Your responsibilities include providing direction, establishing clear and measurable objectives, training, coaching, counseling and managing performance. You will establish the strategic direction for development of software products (including core product development), aligned with customer requirements and Axtria’s business objectives (U.S. and International). You will communicate the technological direction of our product development plan throughout the organization. You will manage the Development department budget, establishing realistic and effective short and long term business plans.
Manager (Technology Group, US)
As a Manager on our Technology team, you take responsibility for the full development cycle of one or more development projects, including schedule performance, quality of completed deliverables, and direction and performance evaluation of assigned staff. The scope of your responsibility includes documentation, training of end users, and ongoing support for delivery teams as they implement products with clients. Generally, assignments are of strategic importance, with aggressive time frames involving integrated products, new technologies, and/or managing multiple projects simultaneously.
